Design service：

If you cannot find a suitable spirit level bubble in our range, please e-mail us with your request and our technical engineer will provide advice on sensitivity,size and type of spirit level bubble.

Samples：
We generally provide clients with free samples where the required quantity is fewer than 10. The client is only required to pay freight charges.

Payment：
For international orders, we usually accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT) in advance; however if you order regularly and in large quantities, we may consider other payment terms.

Shipping：
For international orders we always dispatch by air or by sea. If the quantity is small we may ship by DHL.

Delivery time：
Delivery time depends on the type and quantity of products ordered and whether they are availability from stock. We aim to dispatch on the day we receive payment. If the items are not in stock, we will provide an anticipated delivery time.
